About the Event
What? A free workshop for Cass & Van Buren County leaders looking to get their communities ready to capitalize on grant opportunities that support strategic development of local industries and public amenities like streetscapes, parks, and more. Discussion will be led by Antero Group.
Why? We all want to have communities where great businesses want to grow and talented people want to live, work, and play. But, how do we get there? Grant funds can help jumpstart commercial, industrial, and community development, but navigating the world of grant writing can be challenging. This workshop will help you get prepared to capitalize on future grant opportunities that support your community’s specific development goals.
Who? This event is open to Cass and Van Buren County leaders interested in preparing their communities to capitalize on future grant and development opportunities. County commissioners, municipal leaders and board members, DDA and LDFA leaders, utility providers, community foundations and nonprofits involved in business or community development are invited to attend.
