Molly McFadden

​Community Development Manager

Molly McFadden is the Community Development Manager for Market One. In her role, Molly works to support the successful application and administration of grant funding to support housing development initiatives in Cass and Van Buren County.

Molly has spent her career in the nonprofit sector helping organizations secure funds to support community projects ranging from health and wellness programs to talent attraction initiatives. As the Community Development Manager, Molly leverages her experience in grant administration, relationship building, and project management to help drive regional economic growth.

Molly graduated from Alma College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in history and political science. She moved to Southwest Michigan with her family in 2022 and has quickly made the community her home.
