Molly McFadden
Community Development Director
Molly McFadden is the Community Development Director for Market One. She plays a pivotal role in driving economic and community development across Cass and Van Buren Counties. With a focus on grant development, strategic planning, and fostering partnerships, Molly connects regional stakeholders to funding opportunities and ensures the successful execution of initiatives that promote economic prosperity.
Molly has spent her career in the nonprofit sector helping organizations secure funds to support community projects ranging from health and wellness programs to talent attraction initiatives. As the Community Development Director, Molly leverages her experience in grant administration, relationship building, and project management to help drive regional economic growth.
Molly graduated from Alma College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in history and political science. She moved to Southwest Michigan with her family in 2022 and has quickly made the community her home.
