Taylor Hoffman

Taylor Hoffman joined Market One in August 2026 as the Community Development Manager. In this role, Taylor supports the development and implementation of grant programs and community development initiatives that respond to the needs of local communities and businesses. A key focus of Taylor’s work is Market One’s housing development program, along with identifying and supporting opportunities that strengthen communities throughout Cass and Van Buren counties.

With a background in grant development and administration, Taylor brings experience in grant writing, program implementation, compliance, project coordination, and funding management. Taylor works closely with community partners, businesses, stakeholders, and residents to build meaningful relationships, facilitate conversations, and help move development projects forward. Her collaborative and solutions-focused approach helps connect community needs with available resources and opportunities for growth.

 

Taylor is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, further developing her knowledge of nonprofit leadership, organizational development, fundraising, and community engagement. Having lived in the area with her family for more than 15 years, Taylor has a personal connection to the communities she serves and a genuine understanding of the importance of creating strong, vibrant places for families and businesses to thrive. Taylor is passionate about helping communities access the resources they need to grow and is excited to build meaningful relationships throughout the region. Investors, stakeholders, and community partners are encouraged to connect with Taylor when exploring housing development opportunities, grant funding, community projects, or potential partnerships.
