
Rebecca (Becky) Faultersack
Economic Development Coordinator
Rebecca (Becky) Faultersack is our Economic Development Coordinator (EDC) and will be a pivotal contributor to the Economic Development team at Market One. She is responsible for delivering robust customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including assisting in Board administration, investor relations, grant development and administration, coordinating schedules and meetings, and overall support to the Executive Director and Community Development Director.
Becky has a robust background in Marketing in Health Care specifically hospice and home health care prior to joining Michigan Works. During her three years with Michigan Works she was responsible for managing the apprenticeship program by overseeing compliance, data, and reporting; developing new programs based on employer needs; coordinated training and support services; educated external partners; supported internal strategy and referrals; researched best practices; assisted with communication strategies and identifying funding opportunities.
She and her family are long-term residents of Southwest Michigan, having built their own home in Coloma Township, Berrien County. Having lived in Michigan for most of her life, Becky brings a deep compassion for the local area and its residents. She has always loved the charm of the region’s many towns and counties.
